T4IT was founded, focusing on ITSM solutions and IT governance consulting services. We signed an official partnership with Cherwell Software, bringing to Brazil one of the most consolidated IT service management platforms at the time.

We became official representatives of Teclib and the GLPI solution in Brazil, consolidating our operations with open source ITSM tools. We expanded our implementation, customization and technical support services in public and private environments.

We have expanded our portfolio with solutions focused on corporate data intelligence, becoming partners with DOMO Technologies. With this, we now offer complete data analysis, visualization and KPI integration projects, connecting IT to business objectives.

We have partnered with Toccato/Qlik, strengthening our offering in BI, analytics and data discovery. This expansion has enabled T4IT to deliver complete projects in management by indicators, operational intelligence and data-driven governance.
